The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 353, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 3⁄4 of Explosive Substances Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. The FIR is against unknown. The case diary would reveal that on the basis of vedeography of the occurrence, the petitioner was identified, however, case diary does not reveal specific role played by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27-06-2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59703 of 2017 (3) dt.07-02-2018 connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
