The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that the 17 named accused persons who are his neighbours came variously armed. As a result of assault by all of them, his father died while others were injured. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The reason for false implication is evident from the contents of the FIR itself wherein the informant describes the accused as his neighbours. The petitioner is in custody in the case since 25.6.2021 and investigation in the case has conduced.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegations in the FIR, grant of bail to co-accused Ram Lagan Paswan vide order dated 12.2.2021 (Annexure 2) and the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 9 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case no. 52 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-XI, Gaya.
