JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 22-11-2017 Seeking action to be taken on a report submitted on 26.5.1986 vide Annexure 6, the writ petition was filed with regard to a school which was taken over in 1970. The learned Writ Court found that after 24 years, no further action on the report can be taken and finding the petitioner to have slept over the matter for 24 years, dismissed the writ petition.

In doing so, we are of the considered view, the

Patna High Court LPA No.847 of 2015 dt.22-11-2017 2/2 learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
