The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 442 of 2015 registered under Sections-341, 323, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are Gotiya and due to land dispute between the parties, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this false case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54864 of 2016 (4) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 442 of 2015 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Chapra subject to conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
