JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-12-2015 The present writ petition has been filed for various reliefs arising out of the order dated 20.11.2015 issued from the office of the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna whereby the petitioner had been allotted 40,000 sq. feet of space for setting up its stall at the Book Fair for the period between 19.11.2015 and 09.12.2015 but was prematurely required to vacate the space.

2. Without going into details and merits of the matter, this Court takes note that the period for which the various reliefs have been sought in the writ petition has already expired. The writ petition itself has therefore now become infructuous.

3. The present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18943 of 2015 dt.10-12-2015 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to pursue its representation dated 04.12.2015 (Annexure-9) filed before the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna requesting for extension of period of the allotment upto 15.12.2015 relating to the said space at the Book Fair. The representation may be disposed of on its own merits after grant of opportunity to the petitioner in accordance with law. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U
