The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbersa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered under Section 302 & 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of allegation levelled against the petitioner that he and his family member were involved in the murder of the first son of the informant and now the second son of the informant has been killed, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. However, if the petitioner
