The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Konch P. S. Case No. 192 of 2020, dated 05.07.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 506
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39651 of 2020(2) dt.07-06-2021 2/3 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation in the F.I.R. is that the informant, her husband and her son have been assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence also which has been lodged by the mother of petitioner no. 5, in which the informant of this case and others have been made accused.
Two persons are said to have been injured in the occurrence, namely, Shrawan Kumar and Kamesh Saw, but the injuries suffered by them have been opined to be simple in nature. There is no specific accusation against the petitioners and they are persons of clean antecedents.
Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date

No.39651 of 2020(2) dt.07-06-2021 3/3 of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 3rd , Gaya, in connection with Konch P. S. Case No. 192 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
