The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.224 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 130 litres of country made wine from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has got a clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.10.2017. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60962 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 antecedent, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge II cum Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.224 of 2017.
