2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 informs this Court that all the farmers have been paid their dues by the petitioner's PACS (Primary Agriculture Credit Co-

Patna High Court CWJC No.9904 of 2023(3) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 operative Society) against the quantity of grains lifted/purchased by the PACS for the Kharif Season, 2022-23, as would appear from Annexure 'R/2' (series) brought on record by way of counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.4, however, communication to that extent has not been made to the Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel submits that the District Co-operative Officer, Madhubani is required to communicate to the Managing Director of Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation as well as to the Co-operative Department so that no objection certificate can be issued.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
