Petitioner seeks bail in Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the written report.

The informant has alleged that her nephew was working in the house of Rajiv Rai for the last 15 years. The informant tried to meet her nephew on 13.06.2018. The informant got information that dead body of her nephew is lying near the house of Rajiv Rai behind the window of the house.

Petitioner is nephew of Rajiv Rai. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 15.06.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Samastipur, in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S.
