The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 534 of 2020 registered under Sections 143, 166, 186, 188, 342, 353 of the Indian Penal Code

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53036 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 as well as Section 3 of Epidemic Act and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no one has injured in the alleged occurrence. No public property has been damaged.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 534 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
