The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration nature of allegation against the petitioner that he has used fire arm which resulted injury including the fracture for which informant was under treatment, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
