Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the Cause Title with regard to name of petitioner's father.

Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.88 of 2019 arising out of By-pass P.S. Case No.134 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354(a), 354(d), 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner was attempting to commit illegal act with daughter of the informant. He was caught by the villagers.

In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

It is mentioned in para 3 that petitioner has clean antecedents.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.88 of 2019 arising out of By-pass P.S. Case No.134 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
