The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1628 of 2018 registered under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that petitioner is deaf and dumb, as is evident from Annexure-2 to the bail petition. He is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
