2. The present application has been filed for quashing the cognizance order dated 18.09.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2012 for the offence alleged under Sections 425, 426, 498A and 504 IPC.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the OP No. 2 states that the stage of the case has now changed with the charges having been framed against the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

5. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points at the appropriate stage before the learned court below.
