ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case, bearing C.R. No.1573 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Despite service of notice on O.P. No.2, there is no representation on her behalf till date.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, who is the husband of complainant and is willing to keep O.P. No.2 with all honour and dignity, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20633 of 2015 (6) dt.04-12-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with C.R. No.1573 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
