1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents, not to construct the road in the village of the petitioner (Bhup Bhairo) on the raiyati land of the petitioner, which has been described in paragraph no.3 of this writ petition."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid
