2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025.
