The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of theft in tent house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that no stolen articles has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that informant has not paid the salary of petitioner for six months and when the petitioner demanded his due wages,

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
