Heard both parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kashichak P.S. Case No. 208 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, sister of the informant committed suicide after 22 years of marriage due to mental torture and harassment meted out to her by this petitioner along with others.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53734 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 deceased and her husband. The deceased committed suicide and left two suicide notes and in the note it is stated that she has no hope with anyone and due to death of her eldest son, she feel guilty about herself. Due to depresssion she committed suicide. There is general and omnibus allegation. In fact, Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 208 of 2020.
