In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgments and whatever

Patna High Court CWJC No.6635 of 2013 (3) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 relief has been given in the aforesaid judgments, will also be extended to the present petitioners.
