The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 80 litres of country made liquor, one cutting machine and one gas cylinder of 5 K.G. were recovered from the poultry firm of Bablu Singh from where the petitioners are said to have

Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 07.08.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 3088 of 2017 arising out of Tarari P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
