ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased lady, is in custody since 16.01.2019 in connection with Majhawlia P.S. Case No.27 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner and he has been languishing in jail for more than eight months. It is further submitted that the son of the petitioner has been in custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.43159 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Majhawlia P.S. Case No.27 of 2019.
