JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to measure the land in the light of the order of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Pupari, passed in exercise of power of the competent authority under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). According to the petitioner, the competent authority has passed an order dated 08.02.2016 on an application filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Act but the same is not being executed.

2. In my opinion, remedy of the petitioner lies under Sections 15 and 15A of the Act, which contains provisions in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13414 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 respect of execution of any order passed by the competent authority.

3. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to the appropriate provisions of law. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
