JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, State and the informant.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code on the allegations that the petitioners and other eleven accused persons named in the FIR assaulted the informant's father with Lathi, Bhala, Farsa, Iron rod, Country made pistol etc. causing his death during treatment.
Counsel for the petitioners submit that the allegations are omnibus and not specific against these two women and FIR was lodged with delay.
Counsel for the informant submits that 3 to 4 more people got injuries in the murderous attack launched by accused persons.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55438 of 2015 (3) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are women and have omnibus allegation, let both of them mentioned above be released on bail in the event of their surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Sangrampur Police station Case No. 76 of 2015.
