This Court would expect that the petitioner's Counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office.

Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 61 of 2019 arising out of Pawakhali PS Case No. 59 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 304B and 34 of the IPC.

It is submitted that at the trial all the witnesses, except one (doctor), have been examined.

In view of such submission, without going into merits of the case, this Court would direct the concerned Court i.e. Sessions Judge, Kishanganj to expedite the trial of Sessions Trial No. 61 of 2019 arising out of Powakhali PS Case No. 59 of 2018 without unnecessary delay and adjournment and make endeavours to conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to renew his payer for bail.
