2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons is alleged to have cheated the informant and others in the name of passing the examination of Chhattisgarh Board. The petitioner is involved in cyber crime along with other gang members. It is further alleged that a mobile phone was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating articles or alleged mobile number seized from the conscious possession or house of the petitioner rather the alleged mobile no. 8653218284 was recovered from the co-accused, Deepak Kumar. The petitioner has antecedent of one criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
