21.01.2015 The Petitioner seeks issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to grant pay-scale of 20% additional pay to him for holding the higher post of Deputy Director, Agriculture and Joint Director (Plant Protection) w.e.f. 30.06.1994 to 12.03.1996 and consequent thereto increased pension, gratuity and leave encashment amount in consonance with the same.

A Counter-Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State from which it appears that the Petitioner had earlier agitated the very same prayer which was turned down by this Court vide Writ as well in LPA. Thereafter, he moved the Hon'ble Apex Court which also did not entertain the Petitioner favourably.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
