In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code section 30 (a) 38, 41, & 48 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It has been alleged that a huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from the house of petitioner no. 1 and petitioners have criminal history.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
