21.01.2015 The Petitioner's grievance was that he had been given the ACP as per the Letter No. 4674 dated 15.05.1992.

It appears that the Petitioner was granted the first time bound promotion w.e.f. 01.04.1981 and, thereafter, the second time bound promotion w.e.f. 26.07.1990. He retired on 31.03.2001. His grievance is that he was not given the ACP. In the Petition itself it has been stated that there was a requirement of passing an accounts examination which he had not passed. In view of such, evidently, the application appears to be filed for the reason of trying one's luck after seven years of retirement in the Court of law without any justification.
