2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 0.360 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the seized vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Petitioner is the owner of the seized vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that without knowledge of the petitioner, the driver was transporting illicit liquor. As such, he is not not responsible for the same.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the quantity and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-I, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 460/2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
