Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahayak Nagar P.S. Case No.40/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 POCSO Act.

Vide order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28675 of 2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, named above was rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53131 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 Again, the petitioner has prayed for grant of bail by filing this application on 14.09.2021 but no new ground is taken in the present bail application.

Considering the same, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The instant bail application is dismissed.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
