JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner being the daughterin-law of the informant and his son assaulted the other son of the informant and in the background of partition dispute, the accusation has been levelled.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that others have been granted bail by learned court below since accusation of assault is omnibus and general. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56178 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Begusarai Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Begusarai.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
