The petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The wife of petitioner has also filed Complaint Case No. 456(C) of 2018 against the informant and his family members in which petitioner has sustained injury on account of assault made by the informant of the instant case and his family members.
In the instant case there is allegation that petitioner has caused injury to the informant by firearm on his right

Case diary has been received.
The injury report of petitioner and informant are available in the case diary. The informant has sustained injury on his right elbow and opinion was kept reserved. Petitioner has sustained five injuries caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 8.5.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
