Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within four weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner alongwith other accused persons is of assaulting the informant and his family members by kicks, fists, rod, danda etc. due to land dispute. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is own brother of the informant and

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.
