2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are accused of killing the deceased. After investigation, the police has submitted charge-sheet under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and the Magistrate has taken cognizance under Section 304 and other allied sections. The petitioners are in jail since 27.02.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, subject to condition that the petitioners will co-operate in the trial.

6. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Warisnagar Police Station, District-Samastipur on on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
