====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" as by order dated 24.08.2022, the petitioner was granted regular bail, but inadvertently in the order sheet, it has been recorded that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 08.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.58414 of 2021.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second paragraph of the order dated 24.08.2022 is modified to read as " The petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43996 of 2022(3) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 custody since 07.06.2021 and seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No.371 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C. and the 4th paragraph of the order dated 24.08.2022 is modified to read the word 'regular' instead of anticipatory and the 5th paragraph of the order dated 24.08.2022 is also modified to read as, "Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arrah in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No.371 of 2020."

All other facts of the bail order dated 24.08.2022 shall remain unchanged except the facts mentioned in this order in bold letter.

Accordingly, the order dated 24.08.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
