The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2017 in connection with Kahalgoan P.S. Case No. 298 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and subsequently, he has been named. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-
