The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1536 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, learned Magistrate took cognizance for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2, the matter was referred to the Mediation and conciliation Centre,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69098 of 2018(4) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 Patna High Court, Patna, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute in terms of agreement dated 21.06.2019 in between the petitioner and the complainant-opposite party no. 2, which is part of Mediator's Report dated 21.06.2019. Learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner.

In view of the terms of agreement dated 21.06.2019 in between the petitioner and the complainant-opposite party no. 2, which is part of Mediator's Report dated 21.06.2019, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Vaishalil at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1536 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
