The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 402 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made near the bridge. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered materials. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
