====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 419, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on inquiry, the registration certificates of 66 applicants along with the petitioner were found to be forged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, due to mistake of fact. No wrongful gain or wrongful loss has been alleged against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sadhna Kumari has already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.02.2017 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45032 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 6896 of 2017. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case No. 132 of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
