Petitioner prays for bail in connection with POCSO case No. 50 of 2018, arising out of Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 284 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 & 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded in which she has not supported the prosecution case, rather she has stated that she had gone on her own sweet will and she wants to marry the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 22.6.2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai, in connection with POCSO case No. 50 of 2018, arising out of Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 284 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial.
