2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the above named petitioners who apprehends their arrest in connection with Panchmachla P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 for the offences under sections 115/126(2)/109/352/351/(2)351 (3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this petition, petitioner nos. 1 and 4 have been arrested and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition in respect of them.

4. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner nos. 1 and 4.

5. The informant used to run brick kiln. As per allegation, the accused persons were asking the informant to leave the work at brick kiln and in consequence thereof, the accused persons having armed came there and one of the accused is said to have opened fire.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant makes allegation against the petitioner no. 1 of opening fire but he did not suffer any kind of injuries. He has further submitted that there is case and counter case and petitioner no. 1 has lodged a case against the members of the prosecution side. Both the parties are agnates and there is land dispute between them.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Barh, Patna in connection with Panchmachla P.S. Case No. 17 of
