ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.3.2010/27.5.2011 passed in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2008 by which the Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance in the matter. The facts of the case are that the Petitioner's name was disclosed by the co-accused persons who were caught on the spot revealing his complicity in manufacturing of illicit liquor. The counsel for the Petitioner submits that after due investigation, Final Report was submitted and, hence, he should be exonerated from Trial.
Having gone through the facts of the case, I am not inclined to accede to the submission of the Petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35278 of 2012 dt.08-05-2015 2/2 Hence, the application stands dismissed.
