Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,325,326,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The allegation of assault to the deceased is general and omnibus.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a female and the allegation is general and omnibus, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending
