JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the respondents-State as well as respondent no.6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that determination has been made under the Minimum Wages Act by the authorities. Pursuant to such determination which is denied or disputed by counsel for the petitioner, Certificate Case no. 01/2011-12 has been instituted and the same is pending. Counsel for the respondent no. 6 as well as State submits that the petitioner has adequate remedy under section 9 of the Public Demand Recovery Act for filing objection in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19518 of 2011(4) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 certificate proceedings. The Certificate Officer well within jurisdiction would consider the same.
Counsel for the petitioner being faced with such submission submits that he would be filing objection within four weeks.
In the event, such objection is filed, the same should be considered in accordance with law.
