The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused firearm injury to the informant's right elbow. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report is not available on the record. The injury has been found to be simple and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56153 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 570 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa.
