JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-04-2016 The issue raised by the petitioner for disqualifying him from final appointment as a Medical Officer for non-production of matriculation certificate in original or such other testimonials as such had earlier travelled to this Court in different writ applications, which came to be heard and decided on 30th March, 2016. The leading case was Dr. Hari Govind Prasad Vs. The State of Bihar and others i.e. CWJC No.18068 of 2015 and other analogous cases. Since all those writ applications came to be dismissed for the reasons assigned therein, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The reasons provided by the Court in the order dated 30th March, 2016 shall also apply to the present case.
