2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 dated 27.05.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has been transpired in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47543 of 2025(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 case during the course of investigation. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that the petitioner is the uncle of the victim and he took her to Motihari by deceiving her and forcibly got her married to one Abhiram, thereafter she came to know that she was sold by the petitioner to Abhiram for Rs. 50,000/-. Learned counsel has further submitted that there is nothing on record which shows that the victim was forced/seduced to have illicit relationship with another person. The petitioner has no concern with alleged offence. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 27.03.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the daughter of the informant is a minor girl.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019, with a condition:-

No.47543 of 2025(4) dt.16-09-2025 3/3 (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.
