JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2016 Heard both sides. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maigra P.S.No. 21 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant had alleged that he had gone outside from his house and when he returned back, his daughter told him that his neighbour Rahul Kumar and Manjit Kumar were plying obscene song loudly at their shop and were calling her by giving indication through hand and eye. When the informant went to complain, the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others by means of fist and slap. It is submitted that there is a counter version in Maigra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46583 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 Some altercation took place between both sides. There was allegation of snatching of money from both sides from their shops. Considering the above fact, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Maigra P.S.Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
